It’s been one week since one of our favorite annual traditions — Thurby with the Ingenium Talent crew 🏇🌹

From brunch at HQ before heading to the track, to celebrating with clients, coworkers, and friends all day long, it’s always one of the best days of the year. And yes… our Business Development Manager Roger understood the assignment and showed up dressed as a jockey. 😂

We’re lucky to work with great people and even luckier to celebrate alongside them. Already looking forward to next year’s festivities!

Paula led a powerful session on “Workforce 2030: AI and the Future of Work,” where she explored how artificial intelligence is reshaping hiring strategies, workforce planning, and the skills organizations will need to stay competitive in the years ahead. From automation to augmentation, the conversation centered on how businesses can proactively prepare for the evolving talent landscape rather than react to it.
