A title can give you authority.
It can put your name at the top of an org chart.
But it can’t make you a leader.
Leadership is demonstrated in what you do.
It shows up when you take responsibility without being asked. When you serve instead of demanding. When you make the hard decision, keep your word, speak truth, and choose what is right even when nobody is watching.
You don’t have to wait for the promotion, the corner office, or the official title to start leading.
If God has placed people, opportunities, or responsibilities in your hands, there is already a call to lead well.
What is one leadership action you can take today that doesn’t require a title?
Don’t wait for permission to lead. Start living it.
