Tracy Cepnio, Partner with New York Life

Tracy Cepnio, Partner with New York Life As a Financial Professional in Orlando, you'll help families. How
will I be trained? How will I be compensated?

In considering any career change, many questions may arise, such as: What will be my responsibilities? The answers to these questions depend on many factors. When you sell insurance or financial services, you're not merely selling products, you're developing
relationships. Your relationship with your customers, as well as the trust they place both in you and in the
products you offer, are critical

components to your ultimate success. You'll also make a vital contribution to
your community, and when you see the difference that can make, it's more fulfilling than you might imagine. Agents with the Orlando General Office provide very intimate services in the insurance and financial services
marketplace. They meet with and know their clients on a personal level. The responsibilities of an
agent include: contacting new people, meeting with them and fact-finding to gather necessary information
regarding their present situation, providing analysis of situations and, ultimately, presenting solutions that
help meet objectives. For more information on the New York Life Sales Agent career, visit our Web site:

Another one officially launched!

Huge congratulations to Joey Morley on triggering his contract with New York Life’s Orlando General Office! 🎉

Joey came in ready to work, has already passed his SIE, and is putting himself on the fast track toward what I believe can be an incredible career. It’s exciting to watch talented, driven people take a chance on themselves and start building something with real long-term potential.

Joey, this is just the beginning. Proud of you and excited to see where you take it! 👏

We’re growing here in Orlando, and I’m always looking to connect with motivated, coachable people who are hungry for more out of their career. If you’ve ever wondered what a career with New York Life could look like, or you simply want to know why people are making the move into this business, send me a DM.

No pressure. Just a conversation. Your next career move might start with one message.

From first responder to a new way of serving others.

I’m excited to officially welcome Calvin Middlebrooks to the New York Life Orlando General Office! 👏

Calvin has spent his career answering the call to serve his community. Now, he’s bringing that same discipline, heart, work ethic, and passion for helping people into the financial services industry.

Different career. Same mission: making an impact in people’s lives.

That’s one of the things I love most about this career. There isn’t one “right” background for success. Some of the best people in our business come from careers where they’ve already learned how to lead, serve, communicate, and show up when people need them most.

Calvin, we’re proud to have you with us. Welcome to the team. Your next chapter starts now! 💪

We’re growing.

If you’re successful in what you do but have ever wondered whether there’s an opportunity where you could build something of your own, make an impact, and create a bigger future for yourself and your family, message me.

You don’t need a financial services background to start the conversation. Sometimes the skills that made you successful in your first career are exactly what can make you successful in your next one.

📩 DM me. Let’s talk.

Please join me in congratulating Latoya Benjamin on achieving Executive Council 2026 just six months into her career with New York Life.

Let that sink in for a moment. SIX. MONTHS.

Executive Council is an accomplishment that many professionals work an entire year to achieve, and Latoya reached it in half the time.

That doesn't happen by accident. It doesn't happen because of luck. It happens because of hard work, dedication, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to helping others.

From day one, Latoya has approached this career with intention. She invested in herself, embraced the challenges, and stayed focused on building a meaningful career while making a real impact on the people and families she serves.

Anyone who knows Latoya knows she is a vibe. Her energy is contagious, her authenticity is undeniable, and she truly practices what she preaches. She shows up every day with purpose, positivity, and a desire to grow.
I couldn't be more proud of what she has accomplished in such a short period of time, and I know this is only the beginning. I can't wait to see what she does next.

Congratulations, Latoya! You did it! 🎉👏

If someone you know is ready for a fresh start with purpose, flexibility, and growth at New York Life, I’d love to connect. Feel free to pass along my info—no pressure, just a conversation.

There are days that remind me exactly why I love what I do.

Today, I had the privilege of watching two incredible women I recruited and helped develop present to their respective New Org teams in their General Offices. Seeing their growth has been nothing short of inspiring.

✨ Alexandra began her career as an agent, earned a promotion to Associate Development Manager, and is now the Development Manager of the Tampa General Office. What an incredible leadership journey!

✨ Latoya, in just 7 months, has already achieved Executive Council and is only 2.2 cases away from serving 100 clients in her first year. That’s an extraordinary accomplishment that very few agents achieve so early in their careers.

Their success is a testament to what happens when talent, determination, coaching, and a willingness to bet on yourself come together.

I couldn’t be more proud of these women and honored to have played a small part in their journey as they build meaningful, impactful careers with New York Life.

If you’re looking for a career where your growth is in your hands, where hard work is recognized, and where you can build something truly meaningful, I’d love to connect. Sometimes the biggest opportunity starts with taking a chance on yourself.

Every now and then, we all catch ourselves wondering what it might be like to try something new. Not necessarily job hunting—more like career window shopping. If someone in your circle is curious about a career with more purpose, flexibility, and room to grow, let me know. I’d love to share what New York Life has to offer.

Back from the NYL Leaders for Life Conference in Dallas and feeling energized.

Between the sales insights, leadership discussions, and practical strategies, there’s plenty to bring back and put into action with our teams. But one of the best parts is always reconnecting with fellow Partners from across the company. Sharing ideas, learning from each other’s experiences, and building relationships is what helps keep our culture strong.

Looking forward to applying what we learned and continuing to build on the momentum.
