🏗️ Inspiring the Next Generation of Builders!

GOBA was proud to welcome 100 students from Apopka, Edgewater, Horizon, and Jones High Schools for an afternoon of hands-on career exploration!

Students stayed engaged as they rotated through 5 interactive stations, getting a firsthand look at the many career opportunities within our industry:

🥽 Daisy Orlando – Exploring technology and design through virtual reality goggles.

📐 Dave Schmitt Engineering, Inc. – Learning about civil engineering plans.

🪟 Weathermaster Building Products – Hands-on window installation.

🔌 Hotwire – Discovering how fiber optics work.

🚛 ODC Construction – Getting an up-close look at a boom truck!

A special thank you to CareerSource Central Florida for trusting GOBA to provide these students with a meaningful experience, our participating companies for sharing their expertise, everyone who donated items for our swag bags, and the volunteers who helped make the day run smoothly!
