TDI partnered with a local entrepreneur to develop a quarter scale combine prototype designed to demonstrate an innovative crop cutting technology.

The project began with reverse engineering a front deck mower platform before moving into collaborative concept development and in-house fabrication. Using our Bodor sheet/tube laser, press brake, and laser welder, the team brought the client’s vision to life with a functional prototype.

Projects like this highlight how collaboration and advanced manufacturing can help turn ideas into reality. 🚀💡

Happy Earth Day! 🌎🌱

Did you know prototyping can support sustainability? By using TDI's additive manufacturing studio, designs can be tested in small quantities which helps reduce waste before moving into full production.

At TDI, we also use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable material made from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane.

It’s one of the ways we’re supporting smarter, more sustainable innovation.
