What happens when you put 32 students in charge of protecting a building? Some pretty creative ideas!

We had such a great time welcoming the Young Leaders Institute students to Schmidt Total Protection! From touring our facility and meeting our team to putting their teamwork skills to the test with a security and fire protection challenge, it was a fun day filled with learning, creativity, and some great conversations!

It was awesome seeing the students jump right in, ask questions, and work together to come up with their own solutions.

A big thank you to the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development for letting us be part of this experience! We love opportunities like this to connect with the next generation of leaders in our community! 💙

A great evening with an even better team! 🏁

We recently had the chance to spend some time together at Mansfield Speedway, enjoying good food, racing, and time outside of the workday.

We’re incredibly thankful for the people who make Schmidt Total Protection what it is every day. It was great to step away, have some fun, and simply enjoy being together.

Thank you to our entire team for all that you do! 💙
