People who bring out the best in everyone around them make a difference, and if they are leaders, the impact is HUGE.

We know we have been with high-road individuals when they have:

-- valued everyone
-- acknowledged their humanness
-- done the right things for the right reasons
-- given more than they've taken
-- demonstrated emotional capacity
-- placed people above their own agenda
-- embraced authenticity
-- taken accountability for their actions
-- lived by the bigger picture
-- avoided keeping score
-- desired the best for others
