What if the goal isn’t simply to work less, but to build a life where you genuinely enjoy the work you do?

There’s always room for better balance, but I’m incredibly grateful that I get to practice a craft I love every day, helping companies grow, unlock value, and helping people stay in their zone of genius.

What do you do when everything seems to go wrong at once?

In one six-month period, we faced challenges that could have taken down any one of our companies.

We didn’t know exactly how we were going to solve everything. We just kept showing up, communicating honestly, prioritizing the next problem, and moving forward.

Sometimes perseverance isn’t having the perfect plan. It’s refusing to stop.
