A look back at the NCSTCA Expo & Continuing Education Event in Hickory, NC.

Install the valves, fittings, and distribution components.

With the ACCUMOUNT braces, caps, and pre-drilled, pre-tapped manifold barrel in place, the next step is building out the manifold for the required application.

Apply the appropriate thread sealant, thread tape, or pipe dope where required, then install the valves, fittings, piping, and distribution components specified for your manifold configuration.

Depending on the application, recommended components may include 1/2" and 3/4" Schedule 40 or Schedule 80 PVC pipe, PVC adapters and bushings, ball valves, threaded plugs, or brass ni***es.

The ACCUMOUNT system is designed to give these components a consistent, precision-manufactured foundation—reducing field fabrication while supporting a cleaner and more repeatable manifold layout.

Recommended components for ACCUMOUNT manifold builds are available on our website. Parts are not included with ACCUMOUNT products unless specifically stated. Component selection must be verified for the intended manifold configuration and installation requirements.
