Today was a very tough goodbye.

Rollin was an incredible foreman whose knowledge and leadership never ceased to amaze us. He had a steady, calm presence—even in the most challenging moments—and an eye for detail that ensured every project was done right, no matter the pressure.

He took pride in his work, finishing each job to his high standard, and it showed in everything he touched. We will deeply miss his million-dollar smile, his unmatched work ethic, and the example he set for all of us.

Our thoughts, prayers, and heartfelt condolences are with his family.
