I used to think you had to have it all figured out to belong in a room like this. I don't believe that anymore.

I built this room for the founder still figuring out her pricing. The consultant who hasn't hired her first employee yet. The real estate agent who eats lunch alone between showings. The coach with a website and no community yet. The woman who's six figures in and still feels like she's making it up as she goes.

This isn't about how much you're making. It's about whether you're moving, building something real, making decisions, investing in yourself, and willing to show up for the woman sitting next to you.

A woman commented this on our page after Fort Lauderdale.

I didn't ask her to. She wasn't selling anything. She just said what actually happened at that table.

This is the part I can't put in a pitch deck. A room full of near strangers turning into something someone writes down days later.

Naples is 4 weeks out. Applications are open right now.

Comment GRATEFUL and I'll send you what applying looks like.

Nobody trades business cards at that table. You'd lose them in your bag by Friday and forget who half of them even were.

What actually happens: you sit down, and someone asks what you do. Not the elevator-pitch version. Who you actually serve. Why you started it. What you're still figuring out.

That's the whole difference between a room full of strangers and a room where you leave remembering 3 people, and they remember you.

You don't need someone to walk in with.

Comment SOLO and I'll send you what applying looks like.

A guest list isn't a strategy. Just getting the right women in a room isn't enough on its own.

The research on what's driving growth for women in business this year backs this up, it's belonging to a structure built on trust and shared knowledge, on purpose, not just access to more people.

A room doesn't create value on its own. It creates value when it has a job to do.

Comment JOB and I'll send you what to do in the 48 hours after, so it doesn't end when the room does.

$10,000 felt like an insane amount of money to spend on one day, in 2019, when I was charging $60 a session.

I didn't feel ready. I did it anyway.

7 years later, I still call it the best investment I've ever made, not because of what I learned in that room, but because of the decision I made before I walked in.

If I'd waited until I felt ready to raise my prices or build a room of my own, I'd still be charging $60 a session.

Applications for Naples are open right now. If you're waiting to feel more ready before you apply, I want you to know that feeling never arrives first. The decision does.

Comment 'ENOUGH' and I'll send you what to do with a room once you're in it.

I realized I had built Women in Business around events, events, events.

And I don’t want the relationship to begin and end because an event did.

I’ve brought thousands of women together over the years.

I’ve watched clients happen.
Referrals happen.
Collaborations happen.
Friendships happen.

I’ve watched one conversation turn into something neither woman could have predicted when she walked through the door.

And THAT is the part I want more of.

So I created The Women in Business Collective.

A year-round place for women in business to actually stay connected, know each other, support each other, refer each other and keep the conversation going.

And I’m opening the first 100 spots differently.

$500 once. Lifetime access.

Not $500 a year.

$500. Once.

When the first 100 spots are taken, the lifetime offer is gone and The Collective moves to an annual model.

I’ll share everything that’s inside next.

But if you’ve been watching me talk about this and already know you want one of the first 100 spots, comment COLLECTIVE and I’ll send you the link.

Starting from zero. Again.

You meet great women. You have real conversations. And somehow, every time you walk into a new room, you're starting completely over, because the last relationship never had anywhere to go.

That's not a networking problem. That's a nowhere-to-continue problem.

The Collective is where those relationships get to keep going, the women who know what you do, remember you, and are still around months from now.

DM me the word RESTART and I'll send you the details on Founding 100 myself.

I’ve made a pretty big decision about Women in Business.

For years, Women in Business has been built around events.

And I love our events. I know the power of getting women in a room together.

But I kept coming back to the same question:

What happens between the rooms?

Because I don’t want to meet an incredible woman once, follow her on Instagram, and then hope I run into her again six months from now.

I want women I can actually KNOW.

Women I can call.

Women I can refer.

Women I can introduce to someone.

Women I can ask a business question without having to explain my entire life first. 😂

So I’ve been building something new inside Women in Business.

And tomorrow I’m going to tell you about it.

Because I think this is what Women in Business was supposed to become all along

Tag another baddie who would want to see what’s coming!!

I used to think being memorable meant being impressive.

The best pitch. The right outfit. The perfect answer to "what do you do." But the women I remember weren't the impressive ones, they were the ones who made me feel interesting, who asked a real question and listened to the answer.

Being remembered was never about what you said about yourself. But feeling memorable in the room doesn't matter if you never follow up after, and she forgets anyway.

Who's someone who's made you feel that way? Tag her below.

Comment SEEN and I'll send you the exact messages that make sure she remembers you a week later, not just that night.
