Proctor Planning, LLC's existence is to create opportunity for their children's future through hospitality and its service. While offering detailed coordinating services from start to finish is an option, Proctor Planning is primarily your day-of coordinating assistance. From offering the organization chair time to engage and network with attendees and not concern them self with the start and finish of an event, or the CEO's executive assistant an opportunity to be a part of the meal gathering and not concern themselves with the caterer. They get it done so you can enjoy and celebrate with your attendees.

10 years ago we were not thinking nor did we imagine that this would be the week she would prepare to end the longest and most prosperous chapter in her life. We were not ordering from Amazon and calling friends to prep for a grand celebration. We were trying to make it to Hull Jackson Montessori on time by missing that horrid Nashville morning traffic. Nevertheless, we knew the ultimate goal was and is always to be successful and make everyday a beautiful memory.
