From a small house party to a grand holiday dinner, this incredible couple has covered all leaps and bounds. Starting as a joke around the dinner table in 2013, the two of

them knew that creating a legacy for their three amazing children was destiny. Proctor Planning, LLC's existence is to create opportunity for their children's future through hospitality and its service. While offering detailed coordinating services from start to finish is an option, Proctor Planning is primarily your day-of coordinating assistance. From offering the organization chair time to engage and network with attendees and not concern them self with the start and finish of an event, or the CEO's executive assistant an opportunity to be a part of the meal gathering and not concern themselves with the caterer. They get it done so you can enjoy and celebrate with your attendees.
