Meet Mikey Corona & Brian Riggenbach 🌈🍴
Husbands, restaurateurs, and the self-proclaimed “Funcles” of Nashville’s food scene. 💕

Their story began in Chicago in 2009 with Yo Soy Underground Supper….a q***r-hosted supper club built around Mexican flavors, chosen family, and the belief that there’s always room for one more at the table.

Today, Mikey and Brian bring that same spirit of connection to Nashville through The Mockingbird and T I O F U N ! From globally inspired comfort food to heritage-driven tacos, their restaurants are more than places to eat!!! They’re spaces where culture, creativity, and community come together.

Mikey’s Mexican-American roots and Brian’s culinary journey have shaped restaurants that are bold, joyful, welcoming, and unapologetically q***r. 🌈

And yes, Brian is also a Chopped Champion, Bite Club winner, and Beat Bobby Flay competitor BY THE WAY!!!! 👀🔥

We’re celebrating the Funcles for creating spaces where everyone can feel welcome, celebrated, and well-fed. Because sometimes, the best way to build community is around a gay table. ❤️🍽️

Join Rainbow Collective + Trash Kitties on Sunday, August 23 at 10 am - 11 am in the Chapstick parking lot as we come together to care for our community—one bag of trash at a time.💚
