Life can be hard sometimes.

If you've been banging your head against a problem, or simply want support, guidance, and partnership along the way, I can help you orient in a powerful direction and get things moving. Whether in your work or relationships, creative projects, embodied life skills, healing from trauma, internal exploration or external activism, it's easier to make changes when you feel someone's at your back. I bring both pragmatism and vision to our work together; if you can't make the next move, we'll figure out what you can do, step by step. I work in person and by phone through conversation, embodied movement, lying down bodywork, and a creative blend of agreed-upon homework assignments, skills-building practices, and anything else we need to make your dreams a reality. Workshops and online courses are also available. The best way to choose a coach is to experience coaching; give me a call and we'll have a free 20-minute conversation to discuss your goals and decide together if we're a good team.

“I believe people need safety and a feeling of connection and love in order to change. In a good coaching relationship, the coach becomes engaged in your dream, and provides support, strength and vision to help you achieve it.”
