So on Tuesday, this CEO, Boss Lady kicked off her Podcast Program in Brooklyn NY with new staff & the Community Center loved it!! This CEO is Me! She Ain't Regular! She Pressure!!!
Pat yourself on the back today Ms. Flowers bc you were flowering today! I'm gonna receive my flowers! As I told the kids (bc they were so mesmerized by my name) like the bouquet 💐 the flowers outside! I'm here for it All! Top of the top! The Boss Movement is bossing in down state NY! I'm late posting but Friday I had my very 1st training for hired podcast instructors! My HR team stepped up & we executed it! We trained & educated! The staff learned and showed their skills as we role played, prepping for the position! We provided lunch, laughs and good vibes! I'm excited for today! Let's go Bosses! Are we bossing up or what?

🤌🏾 On this Juneteenth Day, The Boss Movement made history!! Today was my very 1st orientation for New Hires! Look at my team!!! 😍 As I set out to be in 5 boroughs, meet my Brooklyn NY Podcast Team! The 4 ladies in the middle are my new Podcast Instructors 🙌🏾 Monique who is standing next to me is my HR Consultant/professional development! DJ at the end is my HR consultant/grant writer & marketing & promotion! (We are missing 2 people as I have one more instructor & my payroll specialist) All the long days, sleepless nights are paying off! As I said in my senior quote "The Desire to Succeed is Stronger than Sleep" These ladies come with unique backgrounds and I'm happy to help them find their inner boss!

Can I say that "She Boss"! I am so excited to finally announce that one of my Boss Movement clients, Taleesha has graduated with her MSW from Hunters College as First Generation! Taleesha is a young Boss who truly beat every odd that was against her! The Boss Movement became a pivotal program that helped her grow, succeed, and Boss up! She is a recurring client who hired the program 4 different times, including helping her get into Grad School. She is one of my success stories! Young, Black, & Bossing up! Go Taleesha! I am super proud!
