Did you file an extension for your C Corporation earlier this year?

If yes, your extended return deadline is October 15, 2026.

You do. But that extra time is getting shorter.

If your C Corp return is still pending, now is a good time to check your documents, review your filing, and avoid a last-minute rush.

October 15 is not far away.

What is a U.S. Nominee Director, really?

For many non-resident founders, it's a confusing term. Does it mean giving away control of your company? Absolutely not.

A nominee director can be appointed for a genuine business need, but that does not automatically make them the owner or give them day-to-day control of the company. Their role, authority, duties, and limits should be clearly understood from the beginning.

For some businesses, the role may be useful for:

☑️ Formal representation,
☑️ Signing tasks,
☑️ Banking or payment reviews, or
☑️ Reducing some public exposure.

So before appointing one, the important question is not just “Do I need a nominee director?”
It is also “What exactly will they be allowed to do?”

Want to understand the role in more detail? Check the blog link in the comments.

Is forming an LLC enough to start a Property Preservation Business? 🏠

Property preservation is more than simply, maintaining vacant or foreclosed properties. It can involve inspections, lawn care, debris removal, lock changes, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep properties safe, secure, and maintained.

Clients may include banks, mortgage servicers, REO companies, asset managers, and field-service platforms.

And if you’re a nonresident founder, you don’t necessarily have to perform the fieldwork yourself. You can manage clients and work orders while U.S. contractors handle the on-site services.

But an LLC alone isn’t the complete setup. EIN, U.S. business banking, insurance, compliance, contractors, and vendor documents are also important parts of preparing the business properly.

Business Globalizer can help you set up your U.S. property preservation business.

💬 Thinking about starting a property preservation business?

Don’t panic. You haven’t lost your EIN.

👉 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐑𝐒 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞: eligible Business Tax Account users can now download a digital CP575, and the IRS says CP575 can be used instead of Letter 147C to confirm your EIN with banks and other institutions.

If you need to verify your EIN for banking or another business purpose, it helps to know when CP575 can be used and what it confirms.

📌 We’ve explained the CP575 and Letter 147C update in more detail in our latest blog. Check the comments for the full guide.

Did you file an extension for your U.S. 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐋𝐂 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 earlier this year?

If yes, your extended filing deadline is 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Many nonresident founders don't realize that a 𝐔.𝐒. 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐋𝐂 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐱 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬.

So if this sounds like your business, now is a good time to check your return and make sure everything is ready.

The deadline is getting close.

A small delay now can turn into a bigger problem later.

Did you know your Stripe account can keep accepting payments while your payouts suddenly stop without any warning?🤔

👉 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧:
“𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘺 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘤𝘬?”
“𝘋𝘪𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘰 𝘸𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘺 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵?”

The tricky part? There isn’t always one obvious reason.

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟:
☑️ incomplete verification,
☑️ missing information,
☑️ a bank account issue, or
☑️ a wider risk review.

In some cases, funds may also be held in reserve because of payment activity, disputes, refunds, or other risk signals.

And this is where it gets confusing: payments may still be coming in while payouts to your bank remain paused.

So before changing bank details, uploading random documents, or trying a completely new setup, check what Stripe is actually asking for.

Business Globalizer helps you pinpoint what’s actually blocking the payout, whether it’s verification, banking, account information, or a risk review, so you can work on the actual issue instead of troubleshooting blindly.

Because when your Stripe funds are stuck, guessing only makes things harder.

⚠️ 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐈𝐍 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧

Submitted your EIN application and wondering why it’s still pending?😥

✅ According to the IRS’s current processing status, faxed Form SS-4 applications are taking around 9 business days after receipt. This timeline can change depending on the IRS workload.

The 09-business-day timeline can vary from one application to another. Some applicants may receive their EIN sooner, while others may have to wait longer depending on the IRS processing.

Now, about the scenario, the IRS has confirmed that a higher backlog can cause additional delays. However, it has not publicly explained one specific reason why the backlog is currently higher.

As a result, this delay can affect banking, payment setup, tax onboarding, and other operational steps for many U.S. non-resident founders. 🤷‍♀️

If all of this feels confusing, we’re just one click away to help you.

👉 Our expert technical team can follow up with the IRS on your EIN application and keep you updated on the progress.

👉 And if you need a faster option, we can also check whether you qualify for Express EIN based on your status and business structure:

📌 However, remember that, the final processing timeline and EIN issuance remain completely under the IRS’s control.

A delayed EIN does not always mean something is wrong with your application. ❌

With the right review, proper follow-up, and a clear understanding of the process, you can avoid unnecessary confusion and move forward with confidence.

Some founders know they need an LLC, but as they consider future growth, they become unsure whether an LLC or a C-Corp is the right choice. That's where the questions begin:

❓ Which business structure should I choose?
❓ Which state should I choose?
❓ What documents do I need?
❓ Who can I trust to guide me through the process?

The answers depend entirely on what you are building and where you want to take it.

Whether you're planning to sell products on Amazon, launch a Shopify store, work with international clients, or access U.S. banking and payment solutions, your business should be built to support your long-term growth.

Cheap formation looks like smart saving at the beginning.

The real cost shows up later: the wrong state, the wrong structure, a compliance step you didn't even know you missed.

Most founders choose based on price alone. Then they discover:

❌ Wrong state for their business goals
❌ Mismatched LLC, EIN, and banking details
❌ Incomplete or incorrect documents
❌ An unreliable registered agent or business address
❌ No clear understanding of ongoing compliance

At that stage, fixing it isn't a redo; it's a rework, and rework always costs more than getting it right from day one.

So instead of chasing the cheapest option, choose a reliable partner who keeps you safe from the consequences of a wrong formation.
