Revisiting projects that continue to shape our approach to hospitality today.

OBICÀ was designed around experience. From the open mozzarella bar and antipasti displays to the wood-fired oven anchoring the dining room, every detail was built to bring guests closer to the energy of the space and the craft behind the food.

Hospitality has always been at the center of how we approach foodservice design, and projects like this continue to inspire the work we do today.

Looking back at projects that continue to influence the way we think about hospitality and guest experience today. OBICÀ remains one of those unforgettable projects.

Davella Studios helped bring the “world’s first mozzarella bar” to New York City, creating a dining experience centered around visibility, craftsmanship, and interaction between guests and the culinary team. From the open mozzarella and antipasti displays to the wood-fired pizza oven at the center of the space, every detail was designed to create energy and connection within the dining room.

That hospitality-first mindset continues to shape the way we approach foodservice environments today.

Great connecting at the National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show in Chicago this weekend with our clients from Jane Street.

Trade shows are always a reminder that this industry is a small world and that the best partnerships happen when you get out from behind the screen and spend time together in person. It was great catching up, talking about the industry, and seeing so much innovation happening across hospitality.

We're excited for what’s ahead and always grateful for the relationships that continue to grow through our work.

A workplace designed around experience. Davella Studios partnered with L'Oréal Group and Gensler on the transformation of L’Oréal’s headquarters at Hudson Yards, creating a dynamic environment that supports both productivity and connection.

At the center of the project is a 36th-floor amenity space featuring a full-service café, juice and espresso bar, and executive dining room, all designed to take advantage of sweeping views and an outdoor terrace.

With open cooking platforms and a focus on from-scratch preparation, the space creates a more engaging, hospitality-driven experience for employees.

Since opening, the space has exceeded expectations and serves more employees daily than L’Oréal’s previous location, demonstrating the impact of thoughtful design aligned with real-world use.

Davella Studios was proud to partner with AT&T on The Exchange Hall in downtown Dallas, an innovative, first-of-its-kind culinary destination located in the heart of the AT&T Discovery District.

Designed to accommodate both grab-and-go dining and sit-down experiences, The Exchange features 13 dining options and two full-service bars, offering a wide range of cuisines throughout the day from breakfast through dinner.

Overlooking the District’s Media Wall, Plaza, and Globe, the space brings together coworkers, families, and visitors in a vibrant, high-energy environment built for both efficiency and experience.

We are proud to share a more intimate look at The Morris Proper at Sanofi US's new headquarters, where the goal was to serve employees through a true hospitality experience.

In collaboration with Gensler and Stokes Architecture + Design, the result is a space that evolves throughout the day, offering a bright, energetic, high-volume environment by day, and transitioning into a layered, intimate setting for a refined bar and dining experience in the evening.

Our culinary design and foodservice strategy were engineered for performance, flexibility, and consistency—while delivering the highest level of excellence and partnership for our client.
