Identi3 Personality Profiling

Identi3 Personality Profiling We tend to underestimate the importance of knowing ourselves. Through it’s clever design, Identi3 helps you to find yourself in the shortest time.

Identi3 Profiling specializes in analyzing individual, team and organizational performance and supports both people and organizations in extracting relevant information to boost performance excellence. With a 33 year history, Identi3 Profiling now serves more than 2,000 global companies worldwide. Identi3 Profiling ensures its edge with continued research, innovation, and normative studies. The su

ccess of Identi3 Profiling is attributed to the maturity of users who look beyond conventional psychometric profiling. Compared to inelegant psychometric tests which consist of hundreds of questions, Identi3 Profiling distils complex psychometric assessments into an elegant questionnaire comprising only 20 questions. The outputs are accessible, useful graphics that engage management and employees alike. These provide a catalyst for change in an easy-to-understand way. For individuals, the profile results help them to gain deeper insights into their traits and understand their job and team fit. For organizations, team management can be improved when profiles of individual members are compared. Flashpoints can be identified while areas for synchronicity can be further strengthened. Besides looking at behavioral traits and analyzing job or team fits, Identi3 Profiling is also an Organizational Development (OD) tool that looks into an organization’s strategies, structure, and processes. Together with a set of proprietary training programs, called ‘The Enlightened Series,’ users can reach their full potential through systematic steps. These programs are in the areas of personal development, leadership, coaching, sales, train-the-trainers, etc. The field of psychometrics and organization behavior is part of creating corporate success. When you use Identi3 Profiling, change happens! With the intervention of our tool and techniques, recipients report an increase between 20-90% in individual, team and organizational performance. Unlike many reports that sit on the shelves of executives - this works!

Strengthening Functional Manager Roles at Decathlon Singapore – Day 1

Day 1 of the Strengthening Functional Manager Role through programme, led by Dr Jace Tan, focused on one critical foundation: .

Functional Managers at Decathlon Singapore embarked on a structured learning journey to better understand their and how these influence the way they communicate, make decisions, and collaborate with others.

Through a series of guided reflections, and experiential activities, participants gained deeper insights into their natural working styles. More importantly, they began to recognise how differences in personality can either create friction or drive stronger when understood and managed effectively.

The impact was clear.

Managers reported a 21% increase in understanding their own personality traits, while awareness of how personality affects communication rose by 22%. Their ability to recognise different working styles improved by 23%, and confidence in working with diverse personalities increased by 22%.

Beyond the numbers, the shift in mindset stood out. Managers became more intentional in how they approach team dynamics, moving away from assumptions towards greater awareness and adaptability.

Day 1 sets a strong foundation for Functional Managers to lead with clarity and purpose. With heightened self-awareness, they are now better equipped to build stronger relationships and more effective teams as they progress into the next phase of the programme.
