A great interview is just the beginning. A trial gives both the family and the candidate the opportunity to experience the day-to-day dynamic, align expectations, and make sure it’s the right fit before committing long-term.

Depending on the role, responsibilities, and expectations, a trial may last anywhere from one day to one or two weeks.
