Session 2: Community Day!
Our Fellows gathered at Fordson Hotel to explore what it means to lead redemptively.

Keynote speaker Matt Elsberry opened with “Redemptive Leadership in Action”, inviting us to see leadership as a way to serve the people and places entrusted to us.
Our mentor panel, Caleb Arter, Caylee Joy Dodson, and Heady | Community Builder, took on two words every leader wrestles with: ambition and power. They offered honest wisdom on how to steward both well.

We are grateful to Matt, our mentors, and Fordson Hotel for helping us gather and grow together!

Every journey starts with a gathering. This month, we welcomed Cohort 8 to Carlton Landing for their first session together 🌿
Carlton Landing Community Church provided a beautiful space for our sessions, which included Marcy Priest leading worship, mentor panels with Clay Steves, Elizabeth Hutt Pollard, DeWayne Walker, and guest speakers, Taylor Doe and Ashley Stephen.

And a huge thanks to our Host Team for all their help behind the scenes!
