The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma

We are the only trade association in Oklahoma that represents every segment of oil and natural gas.

The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma is a non-profit association composed of oil and gas producers, operators, purchasers, pipelines, transporters, processors and service companies which represent a substantial sector of the oil and gas industry within the State of Oklahoma. The Alliance is dedicated to the advancement and improvement of the oil and gas industry within the State of Oklahoma and throughout the United States. The activities of The Petroleum Alliance include support for legislative and regulatory measures designed to promote both the well-being and best interests of the citizens of this state and a strong and vital petroleum industry within the State of Oklahoma and throughout the United States.

Nearly 500 megawatts of power AND increased demand for Oklahoma natural gas? That’s a win for Oklahoma energy. 💪

Petroleum Alliance President Brook Simmons joined Energy Transfer’s Todd Ossenkop and Margaret Brooks to celebrate the Grand River Dam Authority's new natural gas unit at the Grand River Energy Center in Chouteau.

The $525 million project has the capacity to consume nearly 90,000 mcf of natural gas per day, and Energy Transfer's pipeline infrastructure connects the plant to the region’s natural gas supply.

We're proud of our work with Oklahoma lawmakers in 2025 to support investment in new natural gas generation like this. 🤝
