Hi, I’m Vilona. 👋🏼
If you’re new here or if it’s been a minute since we’ve connected…here’s a little reintroduction.

I’m the founder of V. Marketing, and for the past 17 years, I’ve built an agency around something I genuinely love: helping people, brands, and ideas find the right audience and the right opportunities through authentic storytelling.

I’ve worked with nearly 100 brands over the years, creating strategies and campaigns that make people stop, pay attention, and care. My work includes strategic development, influencer marketing, casting, social media, public relations, partnerships, and all the little things that bring a good idea to life.

But I’ve learned that my greatest strength is what I call my signature connection magic…seeing the possibilities between people, ideas, brands, influencers, community and designing opportunities bringing them together in a way that makes things happen. That’s the part that makes me come alive.

I’m ridiculously curious about people and the stories behind them. Put me in a room where I don’t know anyone, and I want to know who they are, where they came from, what they’ve built, what they’re passionate about, and what they’re dreaming about next.

Also, I’m a mom to three grown kids—25, 22 and 20—which is, without question, the role I’m most proud of.

5th Annual AMAOKC MARCON conference working alongside the most amazing board members! I’m honored to have served on the AMAOKC board for the past four years and to support MARCON as a sponsor.

I handle AMA’s Collegiate relationships across the state to support our students so I absolutely loved moderating a session with Natalie Kent focused on breaking into the marketing industry, speaking to our student attendees and professionals navigating career changes.

I also joined Carley Corwin and Olivia Delach with the incredibly talented and founder of MARCON, Matt Farley moderating, for a panel discussion on building trust through social media, where we shared practical strategies and insights attendees could apply immediately.

Hearing Nick Gallo speak on authenticity, gratitude, and the power of showing up was incredibly motivating.

MARCON continues to be such a valuable event for our community. I’ve built meaningful relationships, connected with talented marketing professionals doing incredible work, and even gained clients through these connections.

When I asked myself where I wanted to open my eyes on the morning I turned 50…it was Sedona. So I gave myself peace, red rocks, quiet moments, and space to breathe.

Somewhere between the mountains, laughter, love, and unexpectedly finding a Buddhist meditation garden on my birthday, exactly the kind of stillness my heart was craving, I was gifted time for reflection and prayer.

I realized something:
I’m not trying to become someone new. I’m finally giving myself permission to discover who I’ve been becoming all along.

Life shapes us into many roles: daughter, student, wife, mother, business owner and we spend years showing up. This season feels different. It feels like space to ask who I want to be. My three beautiful children will always be my greatest legacy and the privilege of my life.

This next chapter feels less about proving, more about presence.
Less hustle.
More meaning.
More vulnerability.
More love for the woman I am still unfolding into.

If this decade is about anything, I hope it’s about living awake. Here’s to 50 ✨🎂🍾

I was invited to the Google AI Business Summit where it was announced that Google and the Oklahoma City Thunder are joining forces to accelerate AI in Oklahoma. The collaboration is part of Google’s statewide $5 million commitment to equip Oklahoma’s students and its workforce with critical AI and job-ready skills.

The broader statewide commitment also includes funding to help launch a new Master’s in AI at Oklahoma State University (OSU) through the university’s Foundation and expand workforce development programs with the Center for Employment Opportunities and Atlas School. Furthermore, the Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance’s new digital badging program will ensure students have verifiable credentials to track their skills and connect with future employment opportunities.
