The last 4 months have been insane.

Started an agency from scratch so I could better innovate and “lead from the front” for the clients we’re consulting.

In that same timeframe we hit 5 back-to-back record months in the consultancy.

Scoping out? This is the most profitable, and most free I’ve ever been.

Yet, in the micro things don’t feel like you’re progressing.

5/6 no shows on a new funnel we’re testing at our agency.

The 1 who showed, bought.

The next day 2 perfect fit clients pop on my calendar from a referral who we’ve been getting solid results for.

1 closed today.
Believing the 2nd will close tomorrow.

This is the reality of growth.

Expecting it to be linear is stupid.

Nothing in life worth getting is that automatic, or produces a direct, immediate return.

If it was, everyone would be millionaires with six packs.

Shocker: they’re not.

God is really shaping me in this season.

Stripping away the need for immediate gratification.

Chipping away impatience.

Setting fire to old ways of thinking, doing, and believing.

Putting new mentors around me.

Stretching my capacity….since that’s what I asked for when I asked for growth.

Expecting it to be easy will destroy you.

Expecting it to be worth it gives you life.
