I WANT TO BE IN MORE ROOMS.

There. I said it.

More conference rooms.
More leadership events.
More corporate trainings.
More association meetings.
More stages filled with people who are ready to think differently about how they lead, work and show up.

Last week, I had the opportunity to speak to 175+ women at the Women in Accounting Summit about Igniting Your Fire through Confidence, Clarity + Courage.

And standing in that room reminded me exactly why I built this part of my business.

I spent 20+ years in Corporate HR. I've led teams. Coached leaders. Navigated hard conversations. Built businesses. Written a book. And learned a whole lot about what happens when we lose connection with who we are and what matters to us.

Now I get to bring all of that into the room.

And I want to do more of it. 🔥

So, I'm putting it out there:

Seriously.

Think about it.

The decision could be 𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗘.
The conversation could be 𝗛𝗔𝗗.
The idea could be 𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗.
The application could be 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗗.
The boundary could be 𝗦𝗘𝗧.
The business could be 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗗.
The opportunity could be 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗨𝗘𝗗.

You could finally say NO.
Or finally say YES.

Will your entire life magically transform in 90 days?
Probably not. 😂

But could you create some serious movement?
𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗟 𝗬𝗘𝗦.

That's one of the reasons I created 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗲 as a 90-day experience.

Long enough to get clear, make decisions and create real momentum.
Short enough that we're not talking about “someday.”

The warning signs are often QUIET.

An employee doesn't usually wake up one morning and suddenly decide:
"𝘐'𝘮 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦."

𝗜𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗹𝘆.
They stop sharing ideas.
They stop raising their hand.
They stop speaking up.
They start doing exactly what's expected... and nothing more.
They feel overlooked.
Unheard.
Underutilized.
Unsupported.

And by the time the resignation letter lands on your desk?

You may be seeing the final chapter....not the beginning of the story.

Suddenly, the owner is covering shifts.
The rest of the team is stretched.
Customers feel the disruption.
Growth gets put on hold.
And everyone feels the impact.

Let’s talk about the upcoming Meant for More Conference (hosted by the Omaha Women’s Network) for a minute… 💗

Because when I really stop and think about what this community has meant to me over the years…

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗔 𝗟𝗢𝗧. The learning. Friendships. Collaborations. Exposure. Growth. Expansion. COMMUNITY.

And I don’t think I even realized just how many pieces of my life & businesses have been impacted by the relationships within this community.

Some relationships started here. Others were already there but this community gave us the opportunity to deepen them, grow them, collaborate & discover new ways to support each other.

OK... I’m still riding the high from yesterday. 🎤🔥

I had the incredible opportunity to be one of the keynote speakers at the Women in Accounting Summit: Rise & Thrive .....with 175+ amazing women in the room!

And YEP... I was nervous. 😂
But the good kind of nervous.

The kind that reminds you that you CARE. That you're stretching yourself. And that what you're about to do actually means something to you.

We talked about IGNITING YOUR FIRE through Confidence, Clarity & Courage and I absolutely LOVED every minute of it.

The conversations.
The laughs.
The energy.
The aha moments.
ALL OF IT. ❤️

And yesterday didn't make me think, "𝘏𝘦𝘺... 𝘮𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨."

It reiterated exactly WHY I built this business in the first place.

I LOVE getting in a room with people.

I love creating conversations that make people THINK.

I love challenging people to look at where they are, where they want to go, and what might be getting in their own dang way.

I love helping people find more confidence, clarity and courage to actually DO something about it.

And I love watching that little spark happen when someone realizes... Ohhhh. Maybe I CAN do this. 💥

THAT is why I speak.
THAT is why I coach.
THAT is why I write.
THAT is why I create experiences and bring people together.

It's what I've intentionally built my business around.

And yesterday just poured a little more gasoline on that fire. 🔥

So YES... I'M READY FOR MORE ROOMS. 🎤
