Paix Sur Terre Family-owned winery producing Mourvèdre, Rhône Blends & Mediterranean-Style White Wines We source Mourvedre and Syrah from Glenrose Vineyard.

Paix Sur Terre is dedicated to producing Mourvedre based wines along with small lots of Syrah and Grenache from carefully selected vineyards located on the west side of Paso Robles, California. This vineyard is located 1800 feet above sea level terraced into pure calcareous shale. The fruit from Glenrose Vineyard produces wines with elegance and a distinct chalky minerality. Alta Colina vineyard p

rovides us with Mourvedre. This is a high elevation vineyard, located over 2000 feet above sea level, in the Adelaida area of Paso Robles. The Mourvedre is planted in Santa Lucia Lopez and Gazos' soils. The fruit from Alta Colina vineyard produces a very ripe expression of Mourvedre; creating a very dense fruit driven wine with a distinct sweet leather profile.
