Event Event Crew & Operations Assistant

About the Role
State Street Events is looking for hardworking, reliable Event Crew members to assist with site operations, vendor logistics, and event maintenance. This is a physically active role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions during fast-paced event days.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Logistics: Assist with food and non-food vendor load-in and load-out, ensuring smooth traffic flow and setup.
Loading & Unloading: Unload supplies, equipment, and event gear from trucks and reload them post-event.
Site Maintenance: Conduct ongoing trash clean-up and maintain event grounds before, during, and after the event.
On-Site Communication: Monitor and communicate clearly via walkie-talkie with team members and coordinators.
Event Operations: Assist with general site setup, breakdown, and long-hour event coverage.
Qualifications & Requirements
Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly and spend long periods standing, walking, and moving heavy gear.
Stamina: Able to work long shifts up to 12 hours.
Weather Adaptability: Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
Communication Skills: Must be able to read and write clearly, as well as operate a standard two-way radio/walkie-talkie.
Reliability & Transportation: Must be dependable, punctual, and have a reliable personal vehicle to commute to event sites.
