Your hard work isn’t going to waste! But your connection to the community is what really makes an impact.

Think about it. Your community already gives to one another in times of need. They just give to people they trust.

If you want to grow your Latino volunteer or donor base, then you need to connect with them. Become a part of the community. Build trust.

Another year, another Novle Retreat. 💙

And somehow… we didn’t get a team photo AGAIN. 😅 We’ll take that as a sign that we were too busy having fun.

Our yearly retreat is always a chance to get out of the office, spend time together, laugh a lot, and enjoy each other’s company without an agenda or deadline attached.

A little break from the everyday and some quality time with the Novle team.
