Some days we have to pause and appreciate where we get to show up every day. We’re so greatful to be tucked inside a beautiful historic building, in the heart of Port Townsend. The town’s history, creativity, and sense of community are felt in every brick, window, and conversation. We’re lucky to work alongside so many thoughtful, and talented humans in a place that truly inspires.

🔐 Full-time members also get a personal locker, one less thing to carry back and forth.

When i took over the CoLab a top priority was add big ole white board walls in every room, so our members can think big and get creative. But those markers create loads of plastic waste and it adds up … until now! We just switched to Loka Markers. LOKA’s a Seattle based company, the pens work super well, are easy to erase, priced competitively with the alternative, AND get this: they’re microbiologically designed to break down in a landfill within 10 years.

Spread the word! We create our future, and I’m looking forward to a future with a lot less plastic

Port Townsend's Art Walk's on my mind! Come on up to The CoLab (elevator or stairs) tomorrow from 5PM-8PM to see some of our amazing local artists showcase their work.

In addition to Maya Moon's incredible eco-fabrics and textile art, and Erwin Dence's enchanting surf-vibe paintings and sketches, we're excited to introduce Tracy Higgins LeMoine's paintings and photography. We hope you'll join us at 237 Taylor Street, Second Floor (above the Silverware Cafe). 5PM-8PM!

We love applying lean thinking in our work at The CoLab and are very excited to be hosting Jefferson County's next Lean Thinking course, offered July 11-August 2! So many amazing organizations have benefitted from this course - including diverse local businesses, local government agencies, and area non-profits.
