Nancy’s work is rooted in a passion for the environment and convening people to deliver real business results.

Her favorite part of what she does? The people, whether it’s her colleagues or the clients MeetGreen serves. They are all caring, hardworking, and committed to making a difference.

Fun fact: Nature is Nancy's inspiration. She calls the Oregon Coast home, where abundant natural beauty is right outside her door.

Brianna enjoys digging into how things really work and helping leaders turn good intentions into concrete steps. Event sustainability may look narrow from the outside, but it is a microcosm of our clients' broader business, revealing its values, its decision-making processes, and where small changes can build meaningful strategic momentum that supports people, places, and the planet.

What inspires her at MeetGreen?
A team with remarkable depth of expertise that brings ideas and action together to create meaningful impact.

Fun fact: Brianna lived in Tanzania for a few months and it remains one of her favorite places. She’s tried making ugali at home more than once, and for a dish made from maize flour and water, it is surprisingly hard to get right.

In 2025, MeetGreen helped keep 653,124 kilograms of event materials out of landfills through composting, recycling, and donations.

That’s roughly the same weight as 65 fully loaded garbage trucks that never made it to the dump. 🚚

How did we get there?

Earth Day is a celebration and a checkpoint.

It’s our reminder to:
- Reflect
- Act
- Refocus
- Recommit

You don’t have to have it all figured out to get started. As Jane Goodall says, “Just do something.”

Look at what matters most in your community and turn that into action:
- Join or host a trash cleanup
- Plant trees or native plants
- Volunteer with a local environmental organization

It doesn’t have to be big to be meaningful. Every small, consistent step adds up to real impact especially when we all do our part.
