Since 1956, Printpack is one of the largest & most innovative converters of flexible & rigid packaging in the world. The Rhinelander, Wisconsin plant has been operated by Printpack since 1989, and is responsible for producing packaging for confectionary and snac

k bar products for some of the largest candy and breakfast bar manufacturers in the world. Printpack credits its associates in Rhinelander as being the biggest benefit of doing business in Wisconsin. The combination of the qualities found in the area and people is not found in many other places. This positive experience was a large factor in deciding to reinvest in the Rhinelander plant, and a new $72 million plant in Rhinelander was opened in 2013, creating 30 new job positions. As of 2021 the Rhinelander plant has 224 fulltime positions and several part-time and temporary positions.

🎉 AMAZING NEWS FROM PRINTPACK RHINELANDER! 🎉

We are incredibly proud to share that our Rhinelander associates just completed an outstanding food drive competition, and the results are simply incredible! Together, we collected a remarkable 965 pounds of non-perishable food items, all going directly to support the Rhinelander Area Food Pantry. This incredible achievement truly demonstrates how much our local community means to each and every one of us at Printpack, Rhinelander!!

🏆 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR CHAMPIONS! 🏆

The competition was fierce but friendly! While we're competing company-wide for the ultimate prize of a pizza party for the winning plant, we also held our own internal battle between all 5 shifts here in Rhinelander. Our day shift and office workers crushed it, donating an impressive 731 pounds of the total collection! Their generous hearts and competitive spirit earned them the victory and a well-deserved celebratory lunch. Thank you to ALL our associates who participated – every donation makes a difference in our community!

🌟 What an amazing Tuesday evening we had! The Printpack Inspire team gathered at Rocky's Roadhouse for a fantastic team building event that was equal parts fun and creative. There's nothing quite like stepping away from the office and diving into something completely different with your work family!
✨ A huge shoutout to Art by Brandee Cedar Marie Benson for teaching us how to create these gorgeous sun catchers! It was incredible to watch everyone's unique artistic vision come to life. From choosing colors to arranging designs, every team member brought their own special touch to their creation. Not only did we leave with beautiful handmade art pieces, but we also strengthened our bonds as a team. Events like these remind us why we love working together at Printpack! 🎨

🐾 What an incredible evening at the OCHS Furball! Our Printpack Rhinelander team came together last night for a fantastic cause, supporting the Oneida County Humane Society at their annual fundraiser held at the beautiful Rondele Ranch's Graham Center. The night was filled with exciting raffles, a thrilling live auction, great music, and delicious dinner - all while raising funds for our four-legged friends in need. It's events like these that remind us how wonderful our community is when we come together to make a difference!

❤️ The evening was extra special as we celebrated our very own Eric Eby (Shift Supervisor) and his girlfriend Mckenzie Rose, who were honored as guests of the evening. This amazing couple recently opened their hearts and home to two bonded dogs from the shelter, giving them the loving forever home they deserved. Eric and Mckenzie's compassion perfectly represents the Printpack family values we hold dear. Another huge milestone was met this morning when Kathy Flick (Olive) was presented her retirement crystal clock and cake by Phil Rahlf (Pre Press Manager). After 35 years, Olive has decided to call it the end of her career! She has been a very valuable part of the pre press department for a long time and we wish her a very happy and healthy retirement! Her last day will be 1/5/26.

Everyone was in the Christmas spirit here at Printpack Rhinelander. Santa's elf paid a visit with LOTS of food and Christmas cheer. He served Trig's chicken, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, baked beans, salad a roll and for dessert............. Fun Factory Gelato!!!!!

Last week we said "see ya later" to our fearless leader!! Scott Hetland made a significant positive impact as a leader at the Rhinelander location. Retirement is such an important milestone - a time to celebrate all the hard work, dedication, and leadership he provided to the team over the years.
Transitions like this can be both exciting and bittersweet for everyone involved. I hope Scott enjoys this new chapter! We know he has wonderful plans for his retirement and hope he enjoys every moment! Scott can be sure that the Rhinelander team will continue to thrive with the strong foundation he helped build.

We said "see ya later" to another one of our favorite Printpack associates. After 9 1/2 years in our maintenance department, Randy Loberger has retired. We thank Randy for the years of service and we hope you thoroughly enjoy retirement!! Pictured is Randy with Maintenance Manager, Joe Hastreiter.
