This custom rescue unit for the Rocky River Fire Department was designed to maximize storage, improve accessibility, and keep critical equipment organized and ready for action. From water flow fittings and rescue tools to EMS supplies and drone equipment, every space was carefully planned to help crews work more efficiently when seconds count.

We recently delivered this beautiful black-over-red Typhoon pumper to the Paw Paw Fire Department, featuring a fully customized layout designed around the department's specific needs. From maximizing front bumper storage and organizing water flow equipment to utilizing every inch of cab space for radios, chargers, EMS gear, and thermal imaging equipment, this truck was built with efficiency and accessibility in mind.

A special thank you to the crew at Paw Paw Fire for trusting us with such an important project, and to First Due Emergency Apparatus for helping make it happen. It was great meeting Chief Kyle Richardson and Assistant Chief Nate Jackson and hearing about the excitement waiting back home for this new truck.

As equipment changes, the truck has to keep up. This update helped turn the existing space into a more functional setup for both fire attack and rescue operations. strut mounting, improved packout access, and smarter use of every compartment.

Another great build headed out the door for the Cleveland Division of Fire 🚒

This black-over-red Pierce Enforcer 107 was outfitted with custom storage and mounting solutions designed to maximize space, accessibility, and future flexibility — from pipe pole brackets and water flow boards to organized extrication and saw storage. Big thanks to Jeff Brown, the crew at Cleveland Fire, and Atlantic Emergency Solutions for the continued partnership and trust over the years.

Another solid build headed out the door! This Pierce Saber for Madison-Gibson Township came in bare, and our team worked to maximize every inch of space with custom slide-outs, shelving, tool mounting, storage solutions, and more to help keep equipment organized and accessible when it matters most.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to work with the Chief and the entire Madison-Gibson Township Fire Department on this project. We recently had the opportunity to work alongside Chief Randy Kimbro and the team at Olmsted Falls Fire Department to outfit this truck to fit their specific needs—and it was a great collaboration from start to finish.

In this build, a lot of thought went into maximizing space and improving accessibility. From modifying the EMS cabinet and adding a custom poly deck, to organizing extrication tools, hose storage, and forcible entry equipment, every compartment was designed with purpose. Features like movable hose dividers, labeled storage, and updated tool mounting help ensure everything is exactly where it needs to be when seconds count.

This was a true team effort, and it shows in the final result. Thanks again to Chief Kimbro and the Olmsted Falls Fire Department for trusting us to be part of this build—we appreciate the chance to help bring your vision to life.

We had the opportunity to work on a Mohawk Valley tanker, setting up this 3,500-gallon rig to better support the department’s needs on scene.

In this build, we focused on organizing and mounting a full complement of Milwaukee battery tools for quick access, along with reworking the rear cabinet to improve storage for folding cones, chargers, and essential equipment. Small adjustments like these go a long way in making sure everything is exactly where it needs to be when it matters most.

Thanks to the team at Mohawk Valley and Roger Austin for the opportunity to be part of this project. Looking forward to getting started on the engine in the bay next.
