Some milestones make you pause.

Being recognized on Inc. Inc. 5000 list for the fifth year in a row is one of them.

So we sat down with some of the people who have been part of our journey for years and asked what this moment means to them. Again and again, their answers came back to the same thing: our mission to change lives.

Summit Human Capital showed up in a big way this past Saturday evening for the annual Apparo Ball in Charlotte, NC.

Apparo transforms the Charlotte community by delivering nonprofit organizations the technology they need to thrive and serve their communities. Their yearly ConnectivIT Ball brings together technology leaders, community partners, and supporters who believe in creating social good through technology.

This event also drives the awareness for Apparo in the community. At this years ball, over $200,000 was raised to support the cause. Over the last year, we at Summit Human Capital are honored to have contributed $30,000 to Apparo in support of their community impact!

We are so proud to be part of the Apparo mission, and cannot wait to continue our longstanding partnership in the future!

Today, our team had the privilege of partnering with Little Hands VA during our quarterly Summit Day of Service.

As delivery drivers for the day, we helped bring essential items directly to families across Central Virginia, supporting Little Hands VA’s mission to ensure every child is clean, healthy, and cared for from day one.

There’s something powerful about seeing community support move from a request to a doorstep. Grateful for the opportunity to serve and make a tangible impact together. 💚
