๐ฎโ๐จ ๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐: emotionally drained, mentally exhausted, and physically depleted.
Today was one of the 3 shifts that tested me in every possible way. It honestly felt like there werenโt enough hours, hands, or energy to keep up.
Healthcare is rewarding, but some days like this feel incredibly heavy. Behind these scrubs are nurses carrying stress, pressure, responsibility, and emotions that most people never get to see. Yet despite the chaos, we still continue to show up, care deeply, and do our best for every patient. ๐
To my fellow nurses and healthcare workers โ I know youโre tired too. I see your silent battles. May we never forget to give ourselves grace after surviving days like this. ๐ฉบโจ
