Neurodivergent/ Chronic Illness moving prep!🧺

One of my favorite specialties is working with neurodivergent clients, including autism, ADHD, and OCD.
This extends to clients with chronic illness who may experience prolonged periods of symptoms that make daily home upkeep particularly difficult.

I myself have experienced years of severe mental and physical illness. Throughout that time I was able to create systems that work with us, rather than keep us cycling through shame.
