Ruben Quiroz has built a career around connecting people, businesses, and ideas across borders.

Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Ruben is the CEO and Co-Founder of Valkiria Marketing, a full-service agency serving clients throughout the United States and Mexico. In addition to leading the agency’s San Antonio operations, he serves as Design Director for UAG and actively supports business relationships between Mexico and South Texas through AEM San Antonio.

🌟 AMA Member Spotlight 🌟

Nina Padilla’s path into marketing didn’t start in an office, it started in a dance studio.

A San Antonio native and former dance instructor, Nina discovered her passion for storytelling while studying dance at Texas State University. After picking up her first DSLR camera for a class project, she built what would become Motion Arts Media.

Today, Nina brings that same creative energy into her role as Multimedia Manager at Haven for Hope, leading storytelling efforts and launching the organization’s first podcast, The Hope Connection. Her work spans photography, videography, content strategy, and social media, supporting nonprofits, artists, and businesses across San Antonio.

Since joining AMA San Antonio in 2025, she has continued to grow her network and sharpen her strategic expertise.
