Most reps don't lose the deal because of their pitch—they lose it because they panic at the price tag.

If your team is freezing up right before the finish line, the fix comes down to three steps:

1. Price — Drop the number with zero hesitation. You’ve earned it.

2. Redirect — Pivot instantly back to the value or the problem you're solving. Don't let them sit in pricing awkwardness.

3. Close — Assume the sale and ask the final question directly.

Stop waiting for the customer to close themselves.
