🎃🍜 Spooky-season pairing #2: GEWÜRZTRAMINER + Thai Pumpkin Curry

Quick recipe:
1) Sauté onion + garlic + curry paste
2) Add 1 can pumpkin purée + 1 can coconut milk
3) Simmer 10 min, add chickpeas or shrimp, finish with lime + cilantro

Our award-winning Gewürztraminer loves a little spice. Aromatic, bright, and the perfect fall glow in the glass.
