Another project completed for longtime customers in Carefree, Arizona!

This time, we focused on interior painting and repairs, including painting the garage, refreshing accent walls throughout the home, repairing and re-staining an interior window, and painting the water damage repairs. We also refreshed the exterior woodwork with a new coat of stain.

We’ve been working with these customers for more than 10 years. We originally painted the exterior of one of their homes, later painted another home they owned in Carefree, and have continued helping them maintain their properties over the years.

The exterior of the home still looked great, but the Arizona sun gradually wears on exposed wood. Refreshing the stain every three or four years helps keep it protected and looking its best.

We’re grateful to have the opportunity to continue serving such wonderful repeat customers!

Another day of progress on our project in the Whisper Rock community in Scottsdale, Arizona!

Our crew has finished staining the exterior doors and is now working their way through the large wood columns, beams, pergola, and window areas. There’s a lot of detailed woodwork on this custom home, and we’re taking our time to get everything looking right.

We actually completed the re-stucco work on this home a couple of months ago, and now we’re back taking care of the exterior staining and finishing details.

More progress to come!

Another North Scottsdale exterior painting project complete! 🏠🎨

We just wrapped up this home in the Legend Trail community in Scottsdale, Arizona. Before painting, our crew completed the necessary stucco and foundation repairs, followed by a fresh two-tone exterior paint job.

We also painted the garage doors, front entry doors, and perimeter wall to bring everything together.

Best compliment of the job? The homeowner was so happy with the finished project that she asked us for business cards to pass out to her neighbors! 🙌 We love hearing that!

New exterior project underway in McDowell Mountain Ranch, Scottsdale! 🏠

We started with a thorough pressure washing, and as you can see in the video, some areas of the stucco actually blew out and exposed what was underneath.

Some homeowners get concerned when they see this. We get excited! Why? Because we just found a problem that could have otherwise been hidden under the new paint.

I like to compare it to a dentist repairing a decayed tooth. The dentist doesn’t simply cover the decay—he removes the bad material first, gets down to a solid foundation, and then rebuilds it properly.

Exterior stucco repair is much the same. Proper pressure washing helps expose loose, deteriorated, and failing material BEFORE we start repairs and painting. We can then remove what’s unstable, repair the damaged areas properly, and create a sound surface for the new coating system.

Great exterior painting isn’t just about how the house looks when we finish—it’s about doing the preparation necessary to help that finish last.

Another North Scottsdale project wrapped up! 🙌

This home received a complete exterior refresh, including new synthetic stucco with an updated color scheme. Unlike traditional painted stucco, the color is integrated directly into the finish coat, giving the home a beautiful, clean finish without needing exterior paint over the stucco.

We went with a lighter color on the main body of the home with darker accents, and the contrast came out really sharp!

We also completed door refinishing, gate refinishing, exterior painting, and additional stucco work throughout the project.
