One of the best ways to prepare? Have a backup. 💾

✔️ Back up important files regularly

✔️ Be cautious with unexpected links and attachments
✔️ Avoid downloading files from untrusted sources

Because when it comes to your important files, it’s better to have a backup than a backup plan.

Frontier Days + CVEC Fiber = a great day in Tecumseh! 🤠⚡

We had a great time at Tecumseh Frontier Days, getting out into the community, visiting with our subscribers, and enjoying all the fun!

🎣 That email might look real… but is it?

Phishing scams are designed to trick you into giving away sensitive information, clicking a malicious link, or downloading something harmful.

Before you click, stop and look for the signs:

✔️ Unexpected messages asking for personal information
✔️ Urgent or threatening language
✔️ Suspicious email addresses or links
✔️ Spelling or grammar that seems unusual

When in doubt, don’t click. Verify the message through a trusted source instead. 🔐💻

🌐 A more connected Oklahoma is a better-connected community.

The Oklahoma Broadband Office recently highlighted the tremendous growth in broadband availability across Oklahoma, with high-speed internet access increasing from 85% to 94% over the past three years.

CVEC Fiber is proud to contribute to that progress by bringing high-speed fiber internet to rural Oklahoma and the communities we serve. ⚡

The last three years have seen tremendous growth in broadband availability in Oklahoma. Access to high-speed internet in the state went from 85% to 94%.
