So often buyers ask for a loan estimate to compare options between lenders. What is important to know is where the truth lies in the details. The ONLY section the lender has control over is the LOAN COST DETAILS. Every other section is dictated by the title company you choose to close with, appraisal company, taxes for the property you are buying & homeowners insurance you choose to proceed with and government recording fees. If you are working with an experienced lender, they will be able to break these numbers down for you when comparing loan options. What separates me from other lenders is that I will get the most accurate information upfront so your beginning numbers will be as close to accurate as your final numbers.
