Here's what a typical phishing attack actually looks like:

An email lands in someone's inbox. It looks like it's from a vendor, a bank, or your support team. The branding looks right and the urgency feels real.

They follow a link to what looks like a legitimate login page. They enter their credentials.

💰 Credential Capture
The attacker now has a real username and password. From there, they move laterally into email, financial systems, client data, or deeper into the network.
