Our farm deli is now open. Choose from six fresh paninis on crusty bread, from turkey and London broil to stacked Italian meats and grilled cheese. Order at the deli kiosk, grab a glass of wine, and we’ll text you when your meal is ready.

We quietly snuck a few paninis out of the deli over the past month. The verdict: make more.

On Thursday, Piedmont Panini will be open from 4:00–8:00 p.m., to include during the Virginia By The Glass speaker session. Join us for savory meats, melted cheese, juicy peppers, and fresh greens pressed between crusty, golden bread. Add a cold glass of beer or wine, stay for a little history.

On this evening, Indigenous cultural preservationist Chris Custalow shares the stories and perspectives of Virginia’s first peoples.

Join us on Friday, September 4, in the gorgeous gardens at the Hugh Mercer Apothecary Shop where Spotsylvania's 1781 Brewing Company will be pouring a variety of decadent farmhouse ales from 5:00–8:00 p.m.

Brewer Harry Pagan will present free Brew Talks at 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30 p.m., sharing the story of beer in Revolutionary-era Virginia and the brewing traditions that inspired the beers we make today.
