Who ya gonna call? I guess it depends on what time period you're in with these phones! The rotary phone was popular from 1956 through the 1970's while the hand crank wooden phone was more like1900-1920's.

Who had the wall mounted rotary phone with a 20' cord to talk in your favorite spot? Harvest gold, avocado green coppertone or poppy red?

October is National Fire Prevention Month and that covers everything from home fires to environmental fire. That's a big responsibility but that's why we stay vigilant and safety aware.

One of our inspectors captured this image of a gas water heater experiencing a massive rollout flame during a home inspection. It could indicate a blocked exhaust vent, clogged burner unit, or cracked heat exchanger. Obviously it creates immediate risk of fire but also carbon monoxide poisoning long before flames. Home components like these need to be checked on periodically, kept clear of clutter and professionally looked at if you have any concerns. Non-biased consults for components like these are something we provide, call to discuss at 417-873-9517.
