As if running a restaurant wasn’t hard enough, we’re also dealing with a recession, food born diseases, and now, apparently, hauntings.👻👻👻

We’ve made a call to Ghost Busters but they’re too busy over at Pythian Castle and Springfield Underground and we’ve been on hold for ages. But now the secret is out, it’s not us making the food so salty, it’s the ghost, we swear.

Let’s be honest, five years ago I moved into The Royal and the back door slammed out of nowhere and BJ’s favorite plate shattered to the ground and he never believed me when I told him it was a ghost! Then we moved out and the ghost came with us but it’s mostly harmless. It likes to lock our doors randomly, throw milk frothing pitchers across the room, break appliances, and often times likes to drag furniture across the floor of the upstairs apartment, but other than that, completely harmless!

We’ve heard some rumors that there use to be an old man that lived in the building years and years ago who may of had a hoarding problem and lived with a million cats so we just assume that may be our friendly little ghost. I feel for it because I too have lots of cats and identify as a cranky old man.

If any one has any more information on our building’s history, we would love to learn more about it!

Come try our breakky, some would say it’ll haunt you forever.

PS- this is why I don’t come to the building before sunrise because I’m scared of the dark and don’t want to see a ghost, naughty or nice.
