Several of our customers spent the summer preparing local schools to make sure they were ready for students heading back this week.

This project at St. Charles Elementary was completed by Born Again Restoration who refinished several bathrooms with a more durable, antimicrobial flake flooring system.

The new flooring provides a seamless, easy-to-maintain surface that can stand up to the heavy traffic these spaces see while also incorporating antimicrobial properties to help reduce the spread of germs.

A great example of how the right flooring system can make a difference in both durability and day-to-day maintenance, especially in high-traffic school environments.

This basement started with concrete that was in rough shape, and the homeowner wanted something sleek, seamless, and unique to complement the remodel.

Epoxy STL installed a metallic coating system to create a modern finish that offers a completely different look than traditional flooring options. A urethane topcoat was added for increased durability and protection.

St. Louis Epoxy Systems returned to a school in Belleville, IL to install another flooring system, this time in the cafeteria.

This underground garage at an apartment complex in Clayton had an unsightly rooftop that also doubles as a patio space for tenants. It was time for a much-needed refresh.

The old surface was revamped with a durable and decorative concrete overlay designed to look like natural stone. Not only is the new finish far more attractive, it’s also built to withstand freeze-thaw climates and exposure to deicing salts making it a great option for our Midwest weather.

Another school project wrapped up just in time before classes resume next month

This time, a few of the restrooms at Seckman High School received a seamless flake flooring system customized to match the school colors.

The cafeteria kitchen at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque in Oakville needed some serious help. Removing all of the old unsanitary tile and grinding the concrete for proper prep was the first step. Next was to install a quartz broadcast for the equipment areas for added durability. The remainder of the floor received a seamless and slip resistant flake flooring system which is ideal for a kitchen setting.
