Filip hit his one-year mark with us today.

Here's the thing about Filip – the guy is literally on calls ALL DAY. Medical billing calls. You know, the kind that can really test your patience.

But somehow? He's always smiling. Always pleasant.

And even with back-to-back calls, he still finds time to actually ask how you're doing. Not the "hey how's it going" you say while walking past someone. Like, he actually stops and wants to know.

In this job, that's rare. And honestly, it makes a difference.
