We’re back for another year of Brockport Central School District Early College High School (BECHS) orientation!

Over two days, we helped incoming freshmen claim their natural talents, get clear on what they want out of their future, and start shaping how to tell that story.

We also kicked things off with returning sophomores earlier in July, welcoming them into year two.

We're back at Upstate Caring Partners! This month, Neil, Katie, and Dahlia met with UCP team members and managers to discuss the complexities of identity and how leveraging our unique experiences and strengths can build stronger teams.

This session was a great reminder that our differences aren’t obstacles to teamwork, they’re the foundation for a strong, well-rounded team!
