Little Falls Pride kicks off today with the Pride Gala at Elks Lodge and continues Saturday with several events, performances, and vendors.

To all our Little Falls friends, we hope you have a great time celebrating this weekend! We’re proud to be part of such a welcoming community.

This is our 6th year, and we are so thrilled to put this event on for LF and the surrounding areas. We have been so lucky to raise funds for scholarships, activities, and multiple opportunities to give back to our community. Along with Little Falls Community Outreach, we put in many many volunteer and work hours to bring everyone together for Pride!

Last week, we had the privilege of presenting to an incredible nonprofit organization on the power of effective communication. Katie Drake led an exploration of the hidden barriers that can derail communication, why feedback so often misses the mark, and practical tools for creating more open, honest dialogue.

Our CEO & Founder, David Casullo, delivered the keynote at the third annual Mohawk Valley Nonprofit Symposium on building resilient cultures that serve.

Dave’s key message was that in our current climate of uncertainty and rising pressure, the organizations that will flourish won’t be the best funded. They’ll be the most unified.

No single leader, organization, or agency can solve the problems facing our communities alone. That’s an invitation to move from isolation toward partnership. To build cultures strong enough to carry the pressure. To choose unity and acting on what matters most.
