Students explored their unique talents, practiced telling their story with confidence, and mapped out a strategic plan for building the life they want, starting with finishing school strong.

We were honored to be part of the inaugural HILL Fellowship with Hamilton College and the Griffiss Institute.

Over 10 weeks this summer, nine Hamilton students paired hands-on internships with leadership development. On Mondays, our team led the leadership sessions in Little Falls, giving the fellows the chance to experience a new community away from their campus and see leadership at work in a different setting.

Watching these students step outside their comfort zones, take on real projects in their internships, and put leadership into practice was a highlight of our summer. A big thank you to Hamilton, the Griffiss Institute, and everyone who helped make this pilot program a success. We can't wait to see it grow next year!
