Imagine finding a webinar you really want to attend, but you can't get through the registration form.

Maybe the text is difficult to read. Maybe the form doesn't work with your keyboard. Or there's no clear way to request an accommodation.

That's a frustrating experience before the event has even started.
A few thoughtful choices during registration can make a real difference. And there are plenty more ways to make virtual events welcoming and accessible, from the first invitation to the final recording.

We've put together a practical guide to help you get started. đź’™

Creating an accessible virtual event takes more than turning on captions.

Organizers, moderators, and presenters all have a part to play, from planning accommodations before the event to making presentations easier to follow.

And sometimes, it's the small details that make a big difference.
We've put together a few practical ways each role can help create a more accessible experience.

Content is king, but only if you respect people’s time.
If your content doesn’t teach, entertain, or show something new, people will scroll right past it.

Make it interactive. Make it useful. Make it worth their attention. Q&A, chat, strong visuals, guest speakers, live demos; the basics matter. But the real difference is when you go one level higher than everyone else. Never build for “good enough.” People get bored fast. What’s one thing you always add to make content feel worth staying for?

Repurposing one webinar can do way more than "save time". It can multiply your ROI fast.

Save this if you ever create live content and want more than one post out of it.

One 1-hour webinar can turn into:
- blog posts that pull out the key takeaways
- Multiple shorts for socials
- A podcast episode from the audio
- Slides, a white paper, or even an e-book

The real cheat code is hindsight. Your live audience already showed you what landed, what got reactions, and what people cared about most. And if something flopped? You don't have to keep repeating it.

What would you repurpose first?

The event ended. The recording downloaded. Done, right?
Not quite. 🙂

A little post-event cleanup can make a big difference in whether that recording becomes a useful on-demand resource or just another file sitting in a folder.

Here’s a quick checklist for what to do next. 👇
