We’re wrapping up our team spotlight series by introducing the final members of the NEAT Method Virginia Beach team. We hope you’ve enjoyed getting to know the people behind the organized spaces!

Meet Renee! Renee has been with NEAT for four years and is one of our Lead Organizers. She loves organizing garages and creating functional systems that make a lasting impact. When she’s not organizing, she enjoys spending time with her family of six and serving on annual mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Honduras through her church. Renee’s leadership, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance help every project come together seamlessly.

If Renee were to be a NEAT product she would be a label holder as she values clear communication and feels this product adds the finishing touch that helps every system stay intuitive and aesthetic!

Meet Lynn! Lynn joined us this year as our intern while studying Hospitality Management and General Business at James Madison University. She loves organizing pantries and bars, where thoughtful systems can make entertaining and everyday routines feel effortless. Lynn brings a fresh perspective, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude to every project.

The NEAT product she chose? The Everything Organizer: versatile, adaptable, and able to bring order to a variety of spaces, just like Lynn.

Meet Mia! Mia has been with NEAT for two years and is one of our organizers. She recently became a mom and is embracing this exciting new chapter of life. Her favorite spaces to organize are closets, where she loves creating systems that are both functional and easy to maintain. Mia approaches every project with patience and intention making her a valued member of our team. After taking some time to welcome her newest family member, we are super excited to have her back!

✨ Meet the NEAT Team! ✨

It’s time to introduce four more members of the NEAT Method Virginia Beach team!

Meet Monique! Monique first joined us as a summer intern and came back this year as our Social Media Coordinator as well as one of our organizers. She played collegiate field hockey at the University of Mary Washington and loves organizing closets, where creativity and functionality come together. Her eye for detail, creativity, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed make her an important part of both our projects and our behind-the-scenes work.

The NEAT product that suits her best? A brass canister, transparent, versatile, and a classic staple that helps keep everything beautifully organized.

Meet Theresa! Theresa joined us this year and has quickly become a dependable person on our team. She brings a positive attitude to every project and is always ready to lend a hand. Her reliability and team-first mindset make her a valued member of the NEAT VB team.

The NEAT product she relates to most is a sand rope bin, warm, approachable, and right at home in just about any space.

Meet Blythe! Blythe has been with NEAT VB for over a year and serves as our General Manager. Fun fact: she once fought a tarpon in the Florida Keys for two hours! Garages and utility spaces are her favorite to organize because she loves creating order in hardworking spaces. Blythe’s leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to keep every project running smoothly make her an integral part of our team.

If she were to be a NEAT product, she would be an acacia drawer divider, bringing structure, balance, and harmony to each intentionally organized space.

Meet Carlee! Carlee joined the team this year and is originally from Southern California. Her favorite spaces to organize are closets, where thoughtful systems can make the biggest impact. Carlee brings diligence, an eye for detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for every project, making her a wonderful teammate and a joy to work with.

Her NEAT product match? A multipurpose bin: adaptable, reliable, and able to bring value to every space.

✨ Meet the NEAT Team! ✨

We’re kicking off a new series introducing the people behind NEAT Method Virginia Beach!

Over the next few weeks, you’ll get to know the team that helps bring every project to life. From organizers and lead organizers to the people working behind the scenes. We can’t wait to share a little about each person and what makes them such an important part of our team.

First up: Meet Megan! Megan joined us in the beginning of this year and is one of our organizers. She loves organizing bedroom closets and even has a Master’s in Education and Special Education! She spent 15 years in education while being a professional advocate for people with disabilities. Her thoughtful approach and passion for helping others makes her an incredible teammate!

When asked what NEAT product she would be, she said a brass label holder as she thrives in and values structure, style, and clear communication.

Meet Lauren! Lauren has been with NEAT for two years and is one of our Lead Organizers. She’s known for always bringing the same exact lunch to every job (consistency is key! 😂). As a Lead Organizer, Lauren brings positivity, attention to detail, and creative problem solving to every project, helping each space come together with intention.

She loves to organize pantries and works closely in inventory. She says that if she were to be a NEAT product she would be a bone perforated bin, a classic that’s dependable, effective, and works perfectly just about anywhere.

Meet Blair! Blair joined the team this year and brings a love of travel wherever she goes. You’ll usually find her happiest organizing kitchens. Blair’s adaptability and sharp mind are huge assets to our NEAT Team.

Her NEAT product personified? A perforated basket, practical, versatile, and always up for the job.
