FALL RELEASE WEEKEND JUST GOT EVEN MORE DELICIOUS!

Our very own celebrity chef and BACK-TO-BACK Sip the Trio Champion, Chef Yara, has created an incredible menu for our W**e Club Exclusive Fall Release Food & W**e Pairing!

She's pulling out all the stops with three mouthwatering creations, each thoughtfully paired with our Amavi Cellars w**es. And to make the afternoon even better, Gary & Erika Winston will be performing LIVE!

HERE'S WHAT'S ON THE MENU!

2024 Cabernet Sauvignon
Portobello & Lamb Sausage Sauté with bell peppers and scallions, served over creamy Manchego polenta with a silky red w**e sauce.

2024 Les Collines Syrah – W**e Club Exclusive
Angus Beef Slider topped with bacon-onion jam, arugula, and a blueberry-blue cheese balsamic sauce.

Harvest isn't officially over until the cleanup is done!

While the grapes have been picked and pressed, there's still plenty of work happening behind the scenes. Our Production W**emaker, Horacio, is tackling one of the less glamorous (but equally important!) parts of w**emaking.....cleaning the press.

From early morning picks to long days in the cellar, it's been another incredible season of hard work, dedication, and teamwork.

That's a wrap on Harvest 2026!
